How it works
At The Gilded Carat, creating your jewelry is a personal, collaborative journey. From inspiration to heirloom, we’re with you at every step.
1. Reach Out
Text us at 603-319-1427 to begin your free customization process/ ask for Monica.
2. Inspiration Sharing
Send us your inspiration photos, sketches, or ideas. Together, we’ll explore your vision—whether it’s timeless, symbolic, or uniquely your own.
3. Stone Selection
We’ll discuss center stone options, pairing ethically grown diamonds with your design inspiration. (If you have a diamond or center stone you would like to use, we can set that for you!)
4. Your First CAD
You’ll receive your first CAD render—a 3D digital preview of your ring. This lets you see your design before it’s ever made.
5. Refinements
We’ll make edits and adjustments based on your feedback until your design is a true reflection of your story.
6. Approval & Secure Deposit
Once you approve the CAD, we’ll send you a secure link for 50% of the payment to move your design into production.
7. Crafted With Care
Our jewelers bring your design to life in 3–4 weeks
8. Final Approval & Balance
When your piece is complete, we’ll share photos and videos for your final approval. Once approved, we’ll send a secure link for the remaining balance.
9. Delivery
Your modern heirloom is shipped via FedEx or UPS 2-Day, Signature Required to ensure it arrives safely in your hands.
